Delete Your PEPTIDAL Account

Option 1: Delete your account in the app

This is the quickest way.

1. Open PEPTIDAL and sign in.
2. Tap the Settings button at the top of the Today or Stack screen.
3. In the Account section, tap Delete account.
4. Read the message, type DELETE to confirm, then tap Permanently delete my account.

Your account and the data listed below are deleted straight away, you are signed out, and the app clears everything it stored on that device, including reminders and any app lock. You do not need to email us. If something goes wrong, for example your connection drops, the app tells you and nothing on your phone is removed, so you can try again.

Option 2: Ask us to delete it by email

If you cannot open the app, for example you lost your phone or deleted the app, email us and we will delete the account for you.

1. Email hello@getpeptidal.com from the email address you use to sign in to PEPTIDAL.
2. Use the subject line Delete my PEPTIDAL account.
3. We may reply to check it is really you. We will never ask for your password.

If you write from a different email address, we may need extra proof that the account is yours before we delete anything.

How long it takes

• In the app: immediately, when you confirm.
• By email: we will confirm and finish deletion within one month of your request (the limit under UK data protection law), and usually much sooner.
• Backups: our database provider may keep routine backups. Deleted data may remain in a backup until the provider's normal backup cycle replaces it. We do not use backups for anything other than recovering the service.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted, we delete the following from our systems:

• Your stack items (protocols), including medicines, compounds and supplements
• Your logged doses
• Your vials
• Your body logs (weight, body fat, lean mass, waist and sleep hours), including values that came from Apple Health or Health Connect
• Your health readings: heart rate variability, resting heart rate and VO2 max read from Apple Health or Health Connect
• Your lab results
• Your daily check-ins
• Your sessions (fasting, sauna, cold, red light and others)
• Your profile and settings, including your display name
• Your AL usage records (the message and usage counts) and any AL reply reports
• Your records of consent, for AL and for storing your health information
• Your sign-in account, including your email address

AL chat history is kept on your phone for 7 days. It is removed when you delete your account, turn AL off or sign out. If you uninstall the app, your phone removes it too.

What is not deleted, and why

• Payment and subscription records held by Apple or Google. They process your payment under their own privacy policies and keep their own billing records. We cannot delete these. Contact Apple or Google about them. We never see your card details.
• Subscription records held by RevenueCat. RevenueCat, our subscription provider, keeps purchase records under its own terms. They are linked to your PEPTIDAL account ID, not your email address. Deleting your account does not delete them automatically. If you want them removed, email us and we will ask RevenueCat to delete them.
• What Anthropic already holds for AL. If you used AL, Anthropic says it deletes the content it received within 30 days, and may keep it for up to 2 years if its safety systems flagged a chat. Deleting your account does not remove this earlier, as we cannot delete data held by Anthropic on request. See our Privacy Policy, section 6.
• Backups, until they are replaced (see above).
• Support emails you sent us, for as long as needed to deal with your request and any follow-up.
• Anything you exported or shared yourself, such as a clinician summary PDF you sent to someone.
• Anything we must keep by law. We have not identified any legal duty to keep the data in your PEPTIDAL account, because we do not take your payments. If a duty did apply, we would keep only what is needed and tell you.

Cancel your subscription first

Deleting your account does not stop Apple or Google from charging you. Cancel before you delete.

• iPhone and iPad: Settings, tap your name, Subscriptions, choose PEPTIDAL, Cancel Subscription.
• Android: Google Play Store, tap your profile icon, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions, choose PEPTIDAL, Cancel subscription.

Just want to remove some of your data?

You can edit or delete most of what you have logged inside the app without deleting your account. You can also turn AL off at any time in Settings. To stop PEPTIDAL reading from Apple Health or Health Connect, change the permission in the Health app or in Health Connect settings.
